Terms & Conditions


As you will appreciate, we will need to make arrangements locally on your behalf if you decide to avail of one of our packages.  With this in mind, we will need you to do two things to finalise your booking.

(1)  You need to complete a booking form and send it with a 30% deposit of the total cost of your package to us at least 6 weeks prior to your course start date.

Once we receive your form and deposit we will go ahead and make the necessary bookings in terms of accommodation, meals, activities etc. on your behalf.

Unfortunately, if you need to cancel your booking this deposit is non refundable.

However, if we need to cancel your booking in the unlikely event of an unforseen circumstance arising, we will refund you in full the deposit you have paid.  We guarantee you that we will inform you as soon as we possibly can if such circumstances arise, or alternatively we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative package from our suite of packages for you if that is your wish.

(2) No later than two weeks prior to the start of your course, we need you to forward us payment of the remaining 70% of the package cost.  If this payment is not received two weeks prior to the start of your course, we will have to assume that you are cancelling your booking and that you are forfeiting the deposit you have paid.

Finally, some of our packages and elements of some of our courses are dependent upon favourable weather conditions for them to be enjoyable and safe to do.  We reserve the right to substitute alternative activities for those advertised on this site and other promotional material if we feel that the personal safety of our customers would be compromised due to poor conditions (weather, at sea, under foot etc.) which are outside of our control.
